Riccardo Lo Forte

Riccardo Lo Forte was born in Cagliari in 1973.
Son of opera singers, at the age of 6 he moved with his family to Rome, where he remained permanently.
After graduating from the Artistic Baccalaureate, in 1998 he managed to enter permanently in the staff of the Teatro dell'Opera in Rome, where he still serves as set designer at the prestigious Laboratorio del Teatro al Circo Massimo, inside which come to life all the installations that the public can admire during the performances.
In 2007 he officially entered the 501st Italica Garrison, where he began to put the teachings derived from his profession at the service of the Official Group of Star Wars fandom.
But his great passion for Batman led him in 2012 to officially found "Gotham Shadows" together with his wife Angela; initially formed as a simple fan club, the group soon became a landmark for all events, official and unofficial, Batman/DC Comics themed where presence is required in costume, sets and themed vehicles.
It’s the moment when the great collaborations with Warner Bros, Lion Comics ( official licensee for the DC comics of that time) and all the most important Comics fairs of the national territory arrive. Gotham Shadows will have the pleasure of hosting in its stands, personalities such as Frank Miller, Neal Adams, Brian Azzarello, Lee Bermejo, Emanuela Lupacchino, Carmine Di Giandomenico, Riccardo Federici... just to name a few, on a really huge list.
Since 2020, Gotham Shadows has been officially established as the Cultural Association, of which it holds the position of President.
