Cristian Posocco graduated in Japanese Language and Literature at the Ca' Foscari University of Venice with a semiotic thesis on manga. After training in the fanzine Kamikaze, he collaborates with several magazines in the field, including emotion, of which he is co-founder. In 2005 he published the essay mangart, aesthetic forms and language of Japanese comics. From 2006 to 2016 he is editorial director of Flashbook Edizioni; from September 2016 he is manga publishing manager of Edizioni Star Comics.
In addition to comics, he loves music and food and wine (also earning a master’s degree in Food and Wine Culture).
