Carmine Di Giandomenico, Italian protagonist of the comic between Marvel and DC

Carmine Di Giandomenico, one of the most important authors of superhero comics at an international level and a point of reference for the Italian scene. With his powerful and recognizable style he has gone through the evolution of comics from the 90s to today. 

After his debut with Daniele Brolli's Examen and his collaboration with Alessandro Bilotta in titles such as The Doctrine and The Land of the Aviators, the artist conquered the international public thanks to his long collaboration with Marvel, signing cult works such as Spider-Man: Noir, Magneto: Testament and the Battlin' Jack Murdock miniseries.

In 2016 he entered the DC Comics universe as the designer of The Flash series, opening a new chapter in his career with titles such as Justice League Odyssey, Detective Comics, Batgirl and Justice League: Winter Without End. He is currently busy with some key issues of the prestigious publication Absolute Superman, where he imagined the powerful and renewed origins of the protagonist and his nemesis, Brainac.

This year he received the title of Knight of Merit of the Republic, for his prestigious career which also gives prestige to Italy on the international scene.
