Tito Faraci
Tito Faraci was born in Gallarate in 1965. He is one of the most important Italian comic book screenwriters. He created stories for “Topolino” (Giorgio Cavazzano was – as he himself says – his mentor), “Dylan Dog”, “Tex”, “Diabolik”, “Magico Vento”, among others, and was one of the first Italian writers to also work for American comic book characters such as Spider-Man, Devil and Captain America. For Disney he wrote the screenplay for Alessandro Baricco's Novecento, giving the protagonist the appearance of Goofy. For Feltrinelli he published the novel Life in General (2015), the screenplay for the comic book The Exciting Adventures of Max Middlestone and His Three-Hundred-Meter-Tall Dog (with Sio; 2016; new edition: 2018) and The Wool Fish and Other Pretty Good Stories (Some Very Good, Not Many, Just a Few) by Maryjane J. Jayne (with Sio; 2018).
