Camilla Bertrand

born in Rome on 1977. The interest in humanities studies led her to enroll in the Faculty of Philosophy at the University La Sapienza in Rome. After graduating for a few years, she continued her academic career as an expert in Pedagogy of Study at the same university. At the same time she collaborates with the online scientific journal Sintesi Dialettica as curator of the Pedagogy Column. However, her passion for bobbin lace, developed since she was a child, led her to embark on a new course of study aimed at learning this ancient technique. Over the years he has participated in several exhibitions and his lace has been exhibited, among other things, at the Museum of Popular Arts and Traditions in Rome and at the Museo Boncompagni Ludovisi in Rome. Today he is professor of lace at the School of Ornamental Arts in Rome San Giacomo.
