Antonio Cuomo is co-founder and editor-in-chief of Movieplayer.it, where since 2008 he has led the editorial strategy and coordinated the editorial staff's work. Active in the cinema and digital publishing sector since 1999, he contributed to the creation of “Castlerock.it” and the development of one of Italy's main hubs dedicated to cinema, TV series and entertainment.
Over the course of his career, he has written hundreds of reviews, interviews, and in-depth articles, closely following national and international festivals and specializing in the analysis of serial narratives, animation, and fantasy languages.

He is the author of the volumes “100 TV Series in Pills – Manual for Serial Patients”, “Cult – The Movies That Changed Your Life” and the digital novels “Red Moon People” (winner of the 2019 Wattys – science fiction category) and “Queen of Dreams”.
His publishing activity combines critical expertise and cross-media vision, helping to define the identity and direction of Movieplayer.it in the Italian cinematic information landscape.
