Among Romics' most iconic moments, the cosplay show has always held a special place in the hearts of the public: an unmissable event to discover the talent, passion, and creativity of cosplayers from all over Italy.
On the Romics stage, participants deliver spectacular performances, with stunning costumes and performances faithful to their favorite characters. This is where creativity comes to life, transforming clothes, accessories, and armor into authentic works of art.
For over fifteen years, this event has brought together thousands of fans who, with dedication and care, pay homage to comic book superheroes, video game heroines, and famous manga villains, creating a unique and unforgettable spectacle: the Romics Cosplay Award, hosted in the large hall with over 10,000 seats.
In the spring edition, scheduled for April 9-12, 2026, participants will be able to compete for the following prizes:
• BEST COSPLAY AWARD (men's or women's single or couple)
• BEST GROUP AWARD
• BEST MEN'S COSTUME AWARD
• BEST WOMEN'S COSTUME AWARD
• BEST PERFORMANCE AWARD
• JAPAN GARDEN SPECIAL AWARD, presented in collaboration with the Istituto Giapponese di Cultura a Roma
The single cosplayer will also be selected to have the opportunity to access the Cosplay Central Crown Championships, one of the most prestigious cosplay competitions internationally.
Read the rules and complete the registration form no later than March 23, 2026.
The event is scheduled for Sunday, April 12, 2026.
