R.M. Guéra
Serbian Master of the Ninth Art, RM Guéra began his career in comics in 1982 in his native Yugoslavia on Western series such as “Elmer Jones”, “Chuck Lorrimer” and “Texas Riders”. His works have been published in Spain, France and the United States where, collaborating with Jason Aaron, he illustrated successful series such as “Scalped” and “Goddamned”. He also did the comic book adaptation of Django Unchained with Jason Latour. In 2019, Guéra illustrated the special “Tex: The Man with the Golden Pistols” for Sergio Bonelli Editore, based on texts by Pasquale Ruju. He worked for the English market on the series "Judge Dredd", creating some stories written by Rob Williams. In 2025, his art was celebrated at the CArt Gallery in Rome with the exhibition "Pencils like Pistols, Ink like Blood: The art of RM Guéra”.
