Beginnings
Born in Milan, Matilde Gioli chose her maternal surname to recite. After graduating from the Liceo classico Cesare Beccaria and the aforementioned Degree in Philosophy at the Statale, she became famous thanks to her debut film, Il capitale umano. There are many awards and nominations (including the one for Ciak d'oro as best supporting actress) that she manages to get for the role of Serena.
