Franco Micalizzi

A famous soundtrack composer and conductor, he worked intensely in the genre cinema of the 70s and 80s, contributing to crime, action and western films. Among his best-known works are the iconic soundtrack to They Called Him Trinity... from 1970 and also used by Quentin Tarantino in the film Django Unchained but also the soundtracks of many films starring Bud Spancer and Terence Hill (Born in the Shirt or There's No Two Without Four) and by Tomas Milian (The Hunchback Gang or Crime on the Highway). Micalizzi has also composed numerous famous theme songs for animation, from Lupine III (the accordion) to Gordian or Trider G7.
