Debora Magnaghi (Milan, June 17, 1970) is a well-known Italian voice actress, television presenter, and actress, famous for hosting cult children's programs such as “Ciao Ciao” and “Bim Bum Bam” in the 1980s and 1990s. The historic voice of numerous cartoons (“Memole,” “Sailor Mercury,” Ran Mouri in “Detective Conan,” Roxy in “Winx Club”), she continued her career as an actress, voice actress, and dubbing director.
