Alessio Rocchi

Alessio Rocchi is currently Deputy Director of Digital and Transmedia Content at Rai. Graduated in Modern Literature, professional journalist since 2001, from 1998 to 2000 he attended the School of Radio and Television Journalism in Perugia, where he obtained his internship. 
From 2001 to 2015 he worked as a journalist in numerous Rai newspapers, mainly dealing with current affairs, politics, economics and in-depth analysis. First in the Teletext editorial team, then until 2005 at TG2, in 2007-2008 he was the author of the Rai 3 program “Mi manda Raitre”. 
From 2008 to 2013 he worked at TG1, first at the Central Desk then as a correspondent for the programs “TV7” and “Speciale TG1”. From 2013 to 2015 he was Chief Editor of the Rainews.it portal and of the Political editorial team of Rainews24. From 2011 to 2014 he was a teacher of television journalism at the Rai School of Journalism in Perugia.
In 2015 he became Chief of Staff of the President of Rai with the title of Deputy Director, then in 2017 he moved to Rai Uno where he took care of the programs “La Vita in Diretta”, “Porta a Porta” and “Unomattina”. From 2020 to 2021 he was Deputy Director of Rainews24. Between 2019 and 2022 he was part of the working groups responsible for designing the multiplatform organizational model for Genres envisaged by the Rai 2019-2021 Industrial Plan.
Since 2022 he has been Deputy Director of the Digital and Transmedia Content Department of Rai and deals with Original content for the Raiplay platform.
