The Simpsons’ 30th Anniversary

THE SIMPSONS’ 30th ANNIVERSARY

The most famous family celebrates 30 years!

The Simpsons, the most popular american animated sitcom, created by cartoonist Matt Groening in 1987, made its debut in Italy on 1 October 1991.

The series, based on the life of the Simpson family, is a satirical depiction of contemporary society specifically addressed to politics, media, but also interpersonal relationships and human weaknesses. On the occasion of the 30th anniversary, Romics has organized an unusual conference involving the Simpsons (thanks to some famous italian voice actors) but also animators, illustrators, experts and journalists …to tell the story of an amazing cultural phenomenon and sing together "Happy Birthday Simpsons"!
